Esalen® Massage
Bringing peace to body and mind, an Esalen® Massage provides a deeply relaxing, unwinding experience. Long, full body strokes create a sense of wholeness. A slow, mindful pace allows the client to follow, process and receive the work on a deeper level. Sessions with Zoë progress with a dance-like flow, including passive joint movement, focused target-area work, and stillness. You will experience a sense of self-connection and openness that can be brought with you beyond your time on the table.
Deep Bodywork®
Deep Bodywork® is a form of deep tissue massage characterized by very slow, detailed, targeted pressure. The technique works to differentiate stuck muscle tissue, loosen adhesions, stimulate blood flow and draw consciousness to areas that may have been forgotten. This results in pain relief, increased range of motion and a greater sense of freedom in your body. Depth is adjusted to meet you on the safe side of your edge, and verbal feedback is highly valued. Zoë continuously reads your breath, muscle contractions, holding patterns and tissues to support your body to melt and unravel.

ENHANCEMENTS
Each enhancement adds 15 minutes to your session.
FULL BODY DRY BRUSH
Experience a flowing full body dry brush. Two brushes are used at the same time for a continuous flowing feel and double the brushing you would receive in a regular dry brush session. Your body is brushed in a specific pattern with strokes moving toward your heart to boost your lymphatic system. Dead skin cells fall away and blood flow is stimulated for healthier, softer skin.

FRESH SUGAR FOOT SCRUB
Nourish your feet with a sugar scrub freshly prepared for you with your choice of essential oil. The scrub helps to smooth rough patches and clear pores to prepare for effective hydration. Receive extra foot massage time with a soothing lotion followed by a hot towel wrap to aid in the absorption of moisture. Your feet will feel soft, fresh and happy at the end of this treatment.

INTEGRATION REST
For those of you who have wished you could stay on the table and simply fall asleep after your massage, now you can. Allow yourself the time to rest, sleep, and integrate the effects of your session in a tranquil setting. After 15 minutes a gentle gong will awaken you.
